Final preparation for the trip to the Festival
Early registration
You can pick your badge on Wednesday 1st May from 14:00–17:00 at the World Conference Center if you are already in Bonn
Photo ID
All participants will be required to show a photo ID when they arrive to collect their badge.
Security check
There will be airport-style security at the Festival — allocate time to come through the scanning machine. Stimate time: 15 minutes
Only cash
The snack bar, food services and drinks at the UN SDG Action Awards After Party and Rhine in Flames will be cash only (Euro currency)
Power adapter
Non-Europeans festival-goers need to bring their own adapter for the venue.
Dress-code
The dress code for the Festival is smart casual. For the UN SDG Award Ceremony, we invite you to up dress
Comfortable shoes for the SDG Parade
The SDG Parade will be a 20-minute walk and we encourage you to bring comfortable shoes on Day 2
