2. Groove together with people across the world from wherever you are

Wherever you are, dance and groove with people across the world to the tunes of our incredible artists! Hear how they #TurnItAround for the Sustainable Development Goals.

KeyChange Ambassador Margherita Vicario is a an urban/pop singer/songwriter, actress and one of the most dynamic artists of the Italian music scene. Let’s create events that adapt to nature rather than the other way around! Play:Fair is created with sustainability in focus — you can support the music industry in leading the way to produce events that take climate and the environment into account.

There are lots of simple solutions that can be done to create an environmentally friendly event. You can hold events during daylight to reduce electric consumption, feature local artists and ensure gender equality in the program. Let’s also encourage walking, biking or taking public transportation to the event.

4. Hear from established and emerging changemakers

Leading up to the Play:Fair activation, three Turning Point Dialogues will take place, featuring established and emerging changemakers sharing personal insights, ideas and calls to action through an intimate conversation format. Tune in to the series on 14–16 July at http://playfair.live

5. Promote gender equality

UN Women

Our artists Margherita Vicario, Epoque and Populous advocate for gender equality through their art and work! Populous brings his queer identity to music and celebrates a femininity outside every gender stereotype. The Play:Fair series is committed to gender equality — ensuring equal gender representation in the lineup and production crew.
