Consulate General of Denmark in New York and UN SDG Action Campaign Join Forces for the Sustainable Development Goals

The Consulate General of Denmark in New York and the UN SDG Action Campaign have joined forces to accelerate action on the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) during the Sustainability Summit NYC, hosted by the Consulate General of Denmark in New York and partners, from September 18 to 20 in New York.

The 2023 Sustainability Summit NYC, which takes place during the 78th UN General Assembly, will see three days of conversation and SDG action as stakeholders across countries and sectors share best practices and push actionable solutions towards building a more sustainable, equitable, and greener future for all.

During the Sustainability Summit NYC, the UN SDG Action Campaign will present UNITE TO ACT — its latest mobilization campaign designed to mobilize, inspire, and connect communities, individuals, and organizations with SDG action — and unveil an activation zone for attendees to voice and amplify their commitments to the SDGs.

The UN SDG Action Campaign will also unveil its 2023 UNITE TO ACT Digital Art Exhibition featuring artworks by a diverse array of international artists dedicated to promoting a sustainable future through creativity and art. Featured artists will include New York-based Indonesia artist Foodmasku, Singer-songwriter and UNCCD Goodwill Ambassador Inna Modja, and Venezuelan multidisciplinary artist Alejandra Her.
